SushiKai opened in 2004. Laurent Peugeot offers Burgundians a part of his Japanese experience: at the end of a long stone and wood corridor inspired by the Machiya of Kyoto, the restaurant room with its pure lines, and beyond, the tranquillity of the plant and mineral environment of the Japanese garden.

The culinary direction is entrusted to Japanese chefs who serve authentic Japanese cuisine.
